Terms & Conditions


Quotes are based on the information that you have provided to us prior to your event and
are subject to change.  We will endeavour to be as accurate as possible however the
quote should be regarded as an estimation of cost only.  Your final account will be derived
from your menu choice, actual hours worked, final guest numbers, and any hire
items delivered.

Booking & Deposit

A $1000 deposit for your booking is required to confirm your booking date.  Confirmation will come once the deposit has been paid. Payment of this deposit is also an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined. Cancellations of events will incur a loss of deposit in full if dates cannot be re-booked.


Prices are subject to change.  Please allow for the possibility of slight variations if your
event has been quoted many months prior to your event.  Although every measure is
taken to keep costs at a minimum, seasonal and unforeseen circumstances cannot be

Menu & Final Numbers

Confirmation of your menu and guest numbers must be finalised 14 days prior to your
event, to ensure the availability and the highest quality of produce.  Hire equipment
requires 7 days notice to fulfil orders and will often not accept last minute changes.


The remainder of the account will be invoiced upon final confirmation of menu and
numbers, 14 days before your event.  Payment must be made in full prior to the event.
